Orion is different; we rely on donations of dedicated hunters, supporting foundations and far-sighted organizations. This frees us to speak up for ethical hunting, responsible hunters and the values and practices that make up the North American Wildlife Conservation model and ethic.

We are not an advocacy organization, although we do speak up forcefully in support of our mission. We do not sit quietly when governments, their agencies or other organizations and corporations  act in ways not compatible with the future of hunting or  the long term good of the resource.
